i changed my controls now i cant get them back to normal, can someone help

clicking 'default' does not work.

my m2 button no longer moves my body around, just my head. meaning i can no longer use m2 to turn and navigate.

again default does not work, can someone tell me which button i need to apply to what action?

It probably means you toggled the freelook control on. Look in your list of controls for "look" and "freelook"...and set them according to your preferences. One allows you to look around while pushing a key, the other toggles that same function on and off.
