ViLayer [Updates]

Recommended Posts

I spoke with Johnny from the ViLayer staff. He has informed me that they are currently working there way through orders/tickets. They are doing the best they can. Be patient and your orders/tickets will be fulfilled.

Most people tend to try to get ahold of support prior to ordering servers to be sure that the level of support on staff is sufficient.

When I was looking to order my dedicated server box I went through about 10 companies and only 2 of them replied to my tickets within a weeks time.

Helps narrow down what company to buy servers from greatly.

I did my research before hand and they were highly regarded. This was all just a fluke. There seems to have been some shortages on servers, and some staff was unavailable due to various reasons. I'm just informing others to give it some time and that things will be up and running in no time.

Likewise. They can still inform customers of the situation and give some sort of general estimate. Especially since so many are on here asking.

I was informed that there are presently provisioning constraints, but they will be resolved shortly.
