Why not just choose 'Create new command' -> keystroke -> W and in 'Repeat Options' choose 'Toggle'?

Then you can toggle run with that G-key.

step one. jam coin inbetween 2 and 3 keys and W. step 2 watch as your survivor runs.

Why make it simple if you can waste your time by compiling a script

Open macro editor

Create new macro

Press Record

Tap W

Press Stop Record

Delete the second entry that releases the W key, indicated by an upwards arrow

Close macro editor

Once you hit your macro your character will start running

Hit W once and he stops running

To everyone else, just hold down your W key and stick a CD horizontally in the crack above it, that should wedge it in place; at least it does on mine.

before my g105, i would just unplug the keyboard and u will keep running

little scary around city's but it worked for me
