Title, in this particular case to report hacking. There's a player on Chicago 116 who keeps respawning at his corpse with all the same gear and trying to kill us.

Generally hosts will have in their initial welcome message how to contact support.

It's really at the host's discretion on how they go about handling this sort of thing, some Hosts have Teamspeak servers advertised in game or emails that people can use to get help.

I don't think there is a "standard" in regards to the avenues to get help quickly, I mean in all honesty people posting in the cheaters section asking for a host to jump on isn't really the ideal way to go about getting a resolution quickly.
