Military Camps.

Hospitals.

Friends.

If you don't have a friend to get it to you, or your far away from a town with a hospital, than your going to have a bad time.

You need to find a hospital. These can found in the big cities such as Cherno, Elekto And Berezino. Break the windows of the hospital and look for cardboard boxes full of medical supplies. There may even be some around the back of the building.

When starting a new character medical supplies are the top priority.

Also remember trying to crawl into a city with a broken leg, you're going to have a bad time.

Realistically you need to do it at night time on a quiet server or the best case scenario you make a friend and get him to get you morphine. I have quite an abundant supply of it due to the fact my friend broken his leg recently and neither of us had morphine and so I did the honourable thing... shot him in the face and ran to meet him with his gear.

I've considered being a helpful chap and fetching morphine for people but at the same time I always fear the thought of me arriving and being killed almost instantly and since I don't have a tent I have no where to leave my items for safe keeping.
