Saving / Spawning issue

Hi All,

hopefully somebody can help me out.

I've joined the game 3 times but each time a was spawned at the beach even though I left the game in a totally different place.

I'm not sure If all my gear was reset too but I made some notes last time so that I can compare next time I get in.

My question:

Do I have to leave the game in a specific way so it remembers my location?

Do I have to join the same servers or does the "master" server keep track of where I left the game last time?

I believe this is a glitch. It happens to me too :(

Just hold out till the next patch and hope it is fixed :)

A lot of people were having issues logging in last night, and when I finally got into a server I found I had been moved to one of the random spawn points on the coast. Other people on the server said they had been moved also.

Normally your location is saved along with your gear by the master server, and regardless of which game server you join you should have the same gear and be in the same spot.

One thing good to know is the "Unsaved" state in your debug monitor. When it says True with some seconds listed after it, that is how long since your character was last saved. Before logging out find someplace safe and stand still until it says Unsaved: false. Then your character has been saved there.

Doesn't hurt to read the "Announcements" section from time to time :)
