global ban for picking up m24?

i was banned on a dallas server said it was a global ban last thing i did was pick up a m24 there a way to get this removed or contact battleye to remove this ban thanks, im still new at this game i play mw3 most time but i was reading some guys were also getting banned for picking up scripted guns in game?, like i was running around found a guy (dead) had the m24 on him i was like DAMN! im a lucky guy today then i leave for minute then global ban #6dae or something kinda sucks :(

Not possible, you don't get a GB for picking up something regardless of its origin. You get a GB for executing the script that generated the item, not actual possession of said item.

Go give it a shot.... If I'm not mistaken, not ONE person has come back to show evidence that they could not reach someone at Battleye or that they were 'unbanned' after being banned for script hacking.

hopper321, the dayz staff wont look in this case in fact they dont handle global bans at all. All they do is banning you from hive, but a global ban is handled by BattlEye, most likely for using 3rd party tools like hex editors or stuff but not picking up any stuff as every item in this game can be legit and BE cant tell if its legal for dayz or not. You can contact BE support and they will deal with it.

Even if you use hacks/hex editors for other games and accidently left them open while joining a server you will get global banned. They come in waves, every 24 or 48 hours AFAIK. So if you cheated few days ago this is your ban.

No they are not I'm not sure if you did hack or not but i know for a fact battle eye can ban you for using a weapon that isn't in the game it checks the logs for stuff that shouldn't be there.
