US 195 Player Revvannnnn Combat Logged

So, I was just playing on US 195. I saw two players running along side each other together (it's dark and I had night vision on). Once spotted, I go prone to see if I have a prone shot. No shot, so I crouch. From there I wait to see if they will stop. A few seconds later the two players both stop next to a tree (both are crouched).

Tags appear to be on as I noticed that one player was Revvannnnn on the left. I then fire on the one on the right, one shotting him with the FN FAL from something like 200-300m. I noticed that player die immediately when I saw his name show up that he died and I get the murder (this one wasn't Revvannnnn so I know that the one that did log was Revvannnnn since his name is the one that didn't show up as having died).

Immediately I went prone after dying just in case. About 5 seconds later I crouch up, and the other player is gone. Obviously combat logged. They were both in an open field. Then I log out so that he can't ghost me and notice him leave the server a few moments later.
