How do you change player skin?

when i first started we all look the same with the dark shirt, then when you kill somebody you get a bandit outfit that has a white T-shirt. later when i was playing i found a dead player that had camo on. what do i do to get other skins beside default and bandit? its not in the guide, i already checked

no no XD there is only two skins in the game at the moment. theres the guys with hats(people with hats are regular survivors) that have several different randomly generated colour shirts and flak jacket combos. then theres the guys in camo(bandits), those guys earned their skin from player killing and are generally not very friendly, but some are.

It's possible you found a dead military zombie or a dead soldier too, the latter are lying around military camps/outposts etc by default.

you cant, you get the bandit skin by killing survivors.
