That looks like an awfully slow way to pick up items, and if anyone else had been near, you would probably have been shot.Very nice find, though, and make sure to have some fun with it :). It does seem like that guy didn't have alot of experience (camping on a nighttime server with the AS50 that doesn't have NVG support), but he might have been lucky himself at one point and acquired the loot from another sniper.
