I think its moddable, there's a weight system in ACE, implementing that, adding some percentile values and you could increase / decrease the speed of the animation. However, I think the load on the server might become too much..

I've no idea. If it's all done client side then no probs I guess otherwise it will bog down the servers.

Why is it so hard for people to understand that arma 2 is a military SIMULATION. Its supposed to simulate real life.

Because they've never played Arma 2 before Day Z.
