What: User ran some sort of script exploit that allowed him to bunch

all players on the server in the sky, then drop them. He then proceded to loot all the bodies.

When confronted he said he only had a "shotgun" and no tools here:

After looking through logs, its clear in a 15 minute period (10 minutes after the nuke happen) he connects and disconnects the server taking with him a m14, dmr, M249, M4ACC0, FN FAL, M24 etc etc. That can be seen here:

This is all a total lie. I just logged in and this is my inventory, after about 2 hours of looting around Elektro and then the Cherno apartments/hospital, after I DIED when I was teleported into the sky along with everyone else on your server:

The most advanced weapon i've ever had in my inventory has been an M4A1 CCO and a couple of AK's. I only got Arma 2 CO on the 2nd of this month.

I'm really amazed that you went to all this effort just to blame some random person. Why on earth would a hacker loot bodies when they can just spawn items/vehicles etc whenever they want, as is quite well documented? You think a hacker who can teleport people into the sky wouldn't be able to do that?

I can't read these logs at all as i've played this game for a week and have absolutely no idea wtf any of that means, but I have no doubt that they either don't mean what you think they mean or that you just plain edited them to make me look guilty.

I also have MANY posts I made on unrelated forums about this when it happened, complaining about how I died and how hackers have killed me around 5 times now. I'd be glad to give an admin access to my accounts to these forums (as they are private) and you can check out the posts I made for yourself. I could just screenshot them but screenshots prove nothing.

All in all it's really disgusting the lengths you're going to just to blame some random person whos new to the game for something they didn't do at all.

Here's what I was doing when this happened:

I went afk for about 30min and stayed in the lobby because reconnecting to this game takes 5min+ for me. I came back from afk and spawned in. Ran around looting for about 2-3 min at Mogilovka, then got teleported into the sky and died. After this, I started a new character, looted around Cherno for a bit, and then went to Vysota. Here I server hopped a couple of times in order to loot the barn. Yeah server hopping is bad etc, but it's NOT hacking. Next I went to Kozlovka where I server hopped a few times again to loot the deer stand. After that I logged out for a bit, then when I came back I played on a different server and respawned to meet up with a friend since I didn't have any good items anyway.

If there are logs on the hive server, I have no doubt that the Day Z admins can confirm everything i've said here.

K I think I learned to read the logs now.

I think you're connecting the messages of me connecting followed by items being written to the hive as me being the one looting them. I havn't coded anything since html in high school so I could be wrong but at a glance that's what it looks like to me, assuming you didn't edit these of those.

From what I see you can see my real items here. The # thing is 12096715

Etc etc. I looted most of my other items on that char from other servers because as I said I was server hopping for loot, which is probably why they don't show up. IIRC I had a double barreled shotgun and no sidearm. The way the loot progresses there its pretty clear to me that's my character, because when I spawned in I was at Cherno and I immediately went to the northernmost hospital/apartments to loot. You see me loot ammo along the way just incase I found a gun, and then morphine shows up in my inventory once I made it to the apartments.

K i'm fairly sure I worked this out.

The log displays 2 numbers when a player logs in. The first one seems to be a Session ID, the second one a permanent ID.

IE:

31224838 Is my "permanent" ID in the logs

My temporary session ids are as follows:

12096715

12097938

12098976

12099632

12099805

If you search for my "permanent id" you can confirm this. After that, search for my "temporary" id and you will see everything I looted.

Not once in this log are any of my ids associated with looting anything you wouldn't expect a new character fresh out of Cherno to be looting, and as I said, the fact that dc'd/reconnected about 7-8 times is because

1) I was server hopping to loot

2) I log off to lose zombie aggro

Both of these things are cheating, yes, but they aren't HACKING. I'd also like to clarify that I have never and will never dc from a fight with an actual player.

The Id's that you see in this log looting all the high tier gear and such appear to be players whos ID's aren't in the log because they havn't dc'd or reconnected. I'd guess it's people who went and looted tents after their chars died or something and not anything to do with someone looting dead bodies (why would a hacker loot bodies anyway? THEY CAN SPAWN ANYTHING THEY WANT).

All in all I think over the last hour i've developed a decent ability to read Arma 2 logs.

You can't use scripts you brought to spawn in your own items into day z or you get battle eye banned and have to buy a new copy of arma on the 2nd of this month.

You also can't use scripts to teleport other players into the sky and log in and out for half an hour looting their stuff with your second copy. You just won't get away with it. Just suck it up and learn to play the damn game with your third copy, or go play something else where you actually do get away with running your lamer scripts.

rhinoCRUNCH does not know how to read his server logs, plain and simple, that is the issue here, as I explained and as i'm sure a real admin who can make more sense of the logs than I can will confirm.

There's absolutely no proof here that I did anything at all - it's a witchhunt and I happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. I don't expect you guys to admit you were wrong at all, though - it's human nature not to.

If you don't want to learn to play the game, too. The LA85A2 the log shows you picking up doesn't spawn in barns at cherno or vysota.

There's no LA85A2 in these logs at all. Just a bunch of FN FAL's and some other weapons i've never heard of being picked up by player id's that aren't mine. You're just making things up at this point.

You can only get banned for using scripts if someone reports you and it shows on the logs they can't detect it like you think they can. Also i would look over those logs before you judge someone.

I hope you learned something about reading server logs, something I think an admin should be able to do. No coding experience in my life and I was able to decipher them, no excuse for an admin not to be able to. How can you be trusted to run a server when you can't read logs?

This sounds like those TOG guys (who i've never interacted with ingame as far as I know, i've only died twice to other players so far from what I remember) scapegoating some random person to me just because I happened to be afk in the lobby beforehand.

Let me tell you what's happened to me the last couple of days of playing:

1- My first good char died in a firefight at the military tents in Stary Sobor. My weapon was only a M4A1 CCO

2- Char died of thrist because I never found any drink spawns

3- My next char that found a Ghillie suit/CZ 550 bugged out and got ported to debug wilderness and I had to respawn.

4- My next char died to this teleport hack that everyone else on your server died to, didn't have anything good, just a lee enfield and a makarov

5- I moved to a different server incase Seattle 127 got hacked again and i'm currently playing a char with a lee enfield/makarov that just got out of Elektro.

I'd like to see what your logs have on me, at most you'd see me dcing a bunch because I dc to get zombies off me all the time (but never players, i've never dcd in pvp)
