Deadmanss 0 Posted October 13, 2024 I host a local server and i have expansion bundle installed on namalsk and when I try to build with the expansion building it despawns after i go 100m away. i have a territory kit up and a territory made but it doesn't show the flag icon on the builds. it shows up on vanilla stuff though. I'm new to hosting my local server and don't really know how to tinker with the .xml files. I've tried looking through google and everything but nothing comes up. Any help is appreciated. You know, there's several issues related with Expansion mod. 1st you has wrong setup for the Expansion types, events and etc. 2nd you has messed types configuration. At 1st case - search in intet how to install expansion mod on you server. At 2nd case - you need to validate all XMLs that's related to the types idk how many such files do you have, so I guess that's only 2 of them: db\types.xml and expansion_ce\expansion_types.xml Check both files for: 1. Correct XML syntax. 2. Duplicates records of classname. While I wrote previous 2 cases I got 3rd on the line: how about vehicles and Server's Database itself? Likewise are you sure that database saves vehicles and buildings (tents as example). If not - check init.c main-function. If server saves cars, but not buildings - bet on XMLs. But it's a huge project (I'm about the server itself) and any admin will meet the issue that will blow his/her head and other parts of the body (kidding in some way) 🙂 Really sometimes you need to search solution around the full server and not only in some kind of subsystem. On my experience some small mistake in one subsystem might brake all others subsystems that's not even related between each other...
