Add custom SFX when action is triggered

So I'm making this mod that makes your clothing fall to the ground when it reaches ruined condition. 

The script itself works fine, but I can't seem to get the trigger sound added, so here I am looking for help. The sound is triggered once the clothing item gets dropped and it is a "cloth rip"sound

Does anyone know how to script this kinda trigger sound?
