Help with headset

Hey, so I have a set of Astro A40 with the mix amp and no matter what I try I can not get them to work with DayZ. I have in-game sound and I can hear other people talk but I cant talk to them through the in-game mic. I have disabled all other microphones on my PC and I have set the astro mic to default but it still does not work. Any suggestions would be great!

Try out to remove check box for microphone you in private (or private use), that box is blocking microphone from other apps. Like if you have running Discord - DayZ will not able to capture it and etc.
