What should I do if vac is banned?
I have played dayz for more than 2400 hours. I love this game very much. I use it on my own computer. Except for the official server at the beginning and then I switched to the social server, I played normally. When I didn’t play dayz, I came home from work and found that dayz was banned by vac. Is it an official lock? How to remove it? 😥

VAC is steam related so you must talk with steam people. Its nothing new to get banned by them randomly - ask them for a proof of their action and if they have nothing then sue them. I would.

First of all, you shall calm down and start to think.

Second - you shall check through the Steam how many and for which game you got VAC ban.

3rd - when you got that the DayZ/Arma 2 OA/Arma 3 - gave you VAC ban - you shall contact with Battleye and bagging them to make check why did you got a Global Ban.

After 2 weeks (maybe bit more) you'll get reason by your email why did you were banned.

Then you has last state: if you got banned by accident - BE could unban you AND then you shall write to Steam Support about VAC ban, based on BE ban and as addition, paste the response of BE where they said that's ban was by accident and you were unbanned. And your ban will be removed from VAC & Steam.

If you got message from BE that you were a bad boy/girl and used cheats - welcome to the ban list. VAC & BE will never unban you, also that might gave you issues with others games, coz Battleye GUID is based on your account's SteamID64.

The problem has been solved. It was a mistake to ban the game. The game developer has unlocked it.

The same thing happened to me, I've been playing for almost a week without even opening the game and it simply appeared on my screen that I was banned from the game, how can you contact support for a solution?
