How do you dive to bottom of the sea??

Just saw a boat - Dumped my pack by a tree - swam out a bit and lo butterfingers my gun, ammo and everything else is at the bottom of the sea.

I can see it but is there a way to go dive and get it?

Splendid - M4 CCO and 7 stanags at bottom of sea. Groan.

I know -alarm bells should've been ringing - but that boat looked tempting.

This may be off topic. But for Amra 3 does any know what kind of diving and gear will be involved. Thanks. Also if this is that out of place i can delete this comment. Thanks.
