broadcast BEC message?

broadcasting a BEC message doesnt currently work because global chat is disabled. Is there a workaround for this?

be tends to kick you, when attempting to obtain server admin privs.

You could send messages when logged into the Dedi through the CMD window, but other than that because BEC requires someone to be around you when issuing a command in Direct chat the only other option will be what Soda said.
