Can't place garden plot

Exactly what the title states. I see very few have had this issue and those that have did not have answers to the problem so trying my luck here. I'm testing mods on a private server and have the issue of Garden Plots not appearing. I get the option to place, the progress wheel through completion but when done there is no garden plot placed. ESP doesn't see anything either. Suggestions on this would be greatly appreciated.

Dealing with this now. Pulling my hair out trying to figure it out. I'm about to wipe the damned thing. I'll let you know if I figure it out.

If you're using Community Online Tools - disable Fast Actions (open players menu -> Permissions -> Fast Actions -> Disable) and try again. That stuff breaking Tent placement same as plots and etc.

For me it was the Immersive Storages mod.
