Anyone knows pure vanilla server with some players, moderated against cheaters?

I've been trying to find some, but I am having hard time. I want play vanilla minus the cheaters. But most of the servers even thought without mods have drastic changes to loot and many such other things.

My base was deleted by a hacker on official so I started my own server to be able to deal with hacking/cheating.  We did add code locks and increased nails slightly so that people could build and rebuild easier. we also have build anywhere enabled but this is a very vanilla experience.
