I would like to discuss a refund for the game

Hello dear developers, please do not immediately reject my request, but initially read what I write and look at the screenshots. Let's start with the fact that I bought DayZ quite a long time ago, and immediately wanted a refund for it, you may ask why I didn't do this earlier? I tried, it’s just that Steam support constantly rejected my request, it’s not my fault that more than 14 days passed, it was Steam employees who, due to their incompetence, were stalling for time, and then I lost access to my account, and they also delayed the deadlines, to the point that more than 14 days have passed. Surely your second question will be “why did you play for more than 2 hours?” I played for less than an hour, the one who stole my account played for several hours, and for the remaining time the game either froze in the menu, after which it was safely closed with the ALT+F4 combination, but for some reason, in the STEAM overlay it continued to work, which subsequently cost I need extra hours, so it’s really not my fault, but rather the fault of STEAM, so yes, I played for less than an hour, also very often it’s simply impossible to enter the game or the game just crashes, I’ll attach a screenshot below.
Then during this hour I encountered a lot of bugs, such as zombies stuck in textures, loot and things falling through textures, terrible optimization, players stuck in textures, a huge number of cheaters on official servers. Further there will be evidence

Of course, you can say that if I bought the game, then it’s now only my problem, but why would I own a product that I don’t play and that I’m absolutely not interested in? I tried many times to get my money back for the game (here are screenshots, and that’s not all, as I understand it, my request history was cleared there: https://imgur.com/a/Tcu8MQO). Yes, I really want a refund for the game, I understand that the fastest way is to decline my request, but I hope that you will make an exception and meet me with my problem, because I actually played the game in less than one once. time. an hour and I'll return the game, I tried sooo many times.

I hope you will contact Steam Support to confirm that you are ok with refunding me for this game. However, I believe in good future games and that you can overcome the huge number of cheaters and bugs.
