My suggestion for DayZ would be to be able to shoot backwards while running without being able to aim.

Maybe a compromise could be being able to raise the run to blind-fire over cover - Tarkov has that feature! For shooting behind I'd say just quickly spinning around and hip-firing a couple would work just the same 😉

Would be pretty funny to have.

We used to be able to shoot while clapping, jumping/falling, in full sprint and while sitting. Even while your gun hung down beside you in one hand. I shot a guy in the toes by standing next to him, my gun hanging in one hand pointing down at his toes and played it off as an accident 😄

And you could shoot onehanded while flipping someone off / thumbs up/pointing/facepalming/greeting.
