Arma 3 for example has discussion about unreleased W.I.P. mods https://forums.bohemia.net/forums/forum/155-arma-3-addons-mods-discussion/ and then separate section for released mods here https://forums.bohemia.net/forums/forum/156-arma-3-addons-mods-complete/

 

It's a bit odd that there's still none of that in here. Might be bit late, but better late than never. Forums are probably the best for released mods discuission, even when the Forum platform might be on a small downfall. IMO Workshop doesn't really work well for the only mod share and discussion platform.
