How to fix error code 0x00020009 - CONNECT

Hey guys, 

I want to play with my friend DayZ, but everytime he tries to join a server he gets the error code 0x00020009 - CONNECT.

He tried official servers, community servers and tried to restart router. Still the problem 

He plays on a Xbox Series X
And on a Router that’s not from his internet provider. And he plays with a wired connection.

Hi, could your friend send us:
- name of the server he is trying to join
- his nickname
- approx. time of connection attempt
Also If he would have PC on the same network, traceroute towards that server would help.
