Remove the blur effect of guns when looking down them

Makes the gun look ugly and is just unnecessary to have that effect on. Without it  looks cleaner

It's supposed to simulate eye focus + it hides details so that things look higher poly count than they are.

My only gripe is that it makes the whole screen look blurry a tiny bit, not just the gun/hands.

Blurring when aiming also reduces FPS.
