Sound Problem

For months when I enter a server I have sound and everything is fine until I enter a building and I completely lose the sound. I've already tried everything and it doesn't work. Has anyone had the same problem and knows how to fix it?

I have the problem with cars.

If I enter first person camera in a car my sound breaks.

Its because my Logitech headset is on radio quality.

If I put it on dvd quality in windows settings the glitch doesnt happen, but then my surround sound breaks xD
