Suggestion regarding "Getting wet".

As the game is now, it sucks balls then you get so damn heavy by rain, and it rains all the time! 
Dev´s! you have two options,

1. Roll-Back on the wet and heavy system that we have now in v1.20 game for our characters to the wet and weight system we had in v1.19.  
or
2. ADD rain poncho's that we can have over other standard clothing and backpacks to keep us dry form rain! 
Solution, Add a Poncho item slot to the character inventory that we can use to cover ourselves from rain and keep our clothing and backpacks dry!

I'm glad I play on community server with infinity stamina, these changes become ridiculous for people with limited time to play
