Exiting the underground bunker

Hi all, I got inside the underground bunker but I can't find my way out. Now I'm playing on community server, but according to the server admin you exit just like in Livionia which I wouldn't know because I never played it. So if anyone could tell me which way to go I'd be very grateful. I logged out by the desk near the entrance. I'm starting to run low on batteries for my NVG and somehow bears can sometimes spawn in there and I don't look forward to fighting them in pitch black. 

Edit so I just watched video on youtube and it would appear I have a problem. The switch by the desk is not there on the server I play.
