Instable connection

Recommended Posts

Hi, for some time I get the message that my connection is unstable, which is why I am kicked out of the game. I have already tried several official servers with good ping (<30ms). Actually I have a very stable internet connection (My current connection exists since 09.12.2022.), and I have no idea what should make the connection to the server unstable. I have searched for optimizations, but have not found anything.  This problem occurs about once an hour. It could be after 20 minutes, or it could be after 55 minutes. Is this perhaps related to the number of players? Or are cheaters waiting in the queue able to kick players out? Are there any adjusting screws I can turn to keep the connection stable? It's annoying when you have to wait in line to log in again. Used adapter is onboard intel ethernet controller l225-V. The only setting I changed is the standard MTU value from 1500 to 1492 to fit the value of my internet provider.

The length of time your modem has held connection is only meaningful in that maybe it's due a reboot

And again, the error code is: warning 0x0004000A

I found someone with simalar problem.

edit 1: I started a ping session for 5 minutes now. Very stable 8 ms response from the gaming server so far.

edit 2: Oh, there was a single ping spike of 71 ms now ! The spike occurred when a message was simultaneously displayed on my smartphone, which is also connected to the LAN.

Do the official game servers tolerate short-term spikes?
