The game is incredible but I have one thing the game needs a serious need bundle of clothes go on a busy server everyone is basically in the same clothes

Confusing title, considering your suggestion, but yes - most would agree the game needs a bigger variety of mostly civilian but also military clothes. Apart from witch hoods and the recent improvised rag clothes, I don't think there's been anything added since 1.0 basically. I'd prefer a sizeable pack of various clothes before more guns, definitely.
