Bohemia can shutdown most dayz servers remotely but the studio will not do it because of someone's behaviour. Money must be involved and i'm not talking about bribes. Rather about breaking rules (too far going mods, payed services throughout the game etc.). The very death is usually orchestrated - magically spawned npcs, explosions, things like that. Rare, I know... But it may happen. I would hesitate to believe that administrators would actively seek vendettas instead of just wanting their shit to work gud.
