Hello, fellow survivors,

As you can obviously see, I am quite new to DayZ, and bought ArmA2 exclusivley for DayZ, after a friend of mine showed it to me.

I must say, I am truly amazed with this modification, as I am usually a player of fast-paced shooter games like Quake/Warsow.

On the other side, I really love exploring the area with a bunch of friends, and I died quite often in the beginning. I think the game isn't "noob-friendly" at all, but this is what the game is about, isn't it?

Ummm, well, keep up the good work and have fun playing DayZ, I suppose! :P

Yup, pretty steep learning curve. noobs are too naive ;) Maybe soon that doesn't lead to being killed every 15 minutes :)

Weee, just found my first crashed chopper, but sadly with no good loot.

But, I just hit a military camp next to it, and found a shiny new G17! :D
