VAC Banned for NO REASON

 literally just purchased this game earlier today at like 1pm after previously having it on my old account that got hacked so i made this one bought the damn game again for $45 and i go to load into a server and get global banned like wtf, i literally had like 5-10k hours on my old account which was mrmeowgical, can you help with the ban or not like i can prove whatever the hell i need to i dont even understand wtf i did wrong seriously I JUST INSTALLED THE GAME!!!

You have to go to Battleye for help.  No help given here for bans.
