Mushrooms and Fruits spawns Mechanic (??) some EXPLAIN ??

hey, can any1 answer in 100% how the spawn time works and how to respawn the food ?
i mean, i know i can run near couple of trees with an apples for examples and about some time it spawn an apple on the ground, but why when it spawns it (even if im testing on OfflineMode) its sometimes spawned as a RAW one or maybe DRIED or even ROTTEN ones, and why do they spawn as a ROTTEN while it spawns like 3-5 min ago ? thers no logic...

and for mushrooms, sometimes it spawns in the little trees/bushes as a Field mushrooms or Parasols ones, but when i go t REAL forest, thers almost no spawn or after very long time huh ??
i mean i wanted to test to farm some Penny Buns or even try to spawn Fly Amanita or Wood Ears, but they almost never spawn, maybe 1-2 Penny Buns... they can spawn everywhere ?? nearby rotten trees, under trees or just on ground no matter to other objects around huh ??

really this mechanic are uhmm unconsistent ? i trully want to now HOW IT REALLY WORKS ?

can some1 maybe from Bohemia EXPLAIN how it works and how to try to spawn it ?
