[solved] No servers listed - possibly related to conflict with Project Reality Mod

I am unable to browse for servers in the Multiplayer screen (the list remains empty).

Diagnostics:

* Launching (Steam) vanilla Arma 2, I can view servers in Multiplayer.

* Launching (Steam) Combined Operations, I cannot see servers.

* Using Arma II Launcher, I can browser all servers using the server browser of the program, including DayZ-servers, and connect to them.

* In the Multiplayer-screen, below the box with servers listings there is a "[@PR]"-indication. This is the case when launching Arma with only the @dayz-expansion or launching Combined Operations (not when launching Arma 2).

* The version indicated bottom-right is 1.60.87580

So, I can play DayZ, but it is cumbersome joining servers. I have uninstalled the Project Reality mod and re-installed CO, checked that PR is not indicated anywhere under "Expansions" in the main screen, etc.

Any suggestions?

Did you type dayz in the (in game) server browser filter ?

Is your ArmA2 addons folder free of anything PR.

*It is very important to keep your original ArmA addons folder "clean".

Hi!

I had the same problem and i fixed it.

In /operationarrowhead/addons search and delete all the files that has a "ui-something" in their name.

It worked for me ^^

Completely removing every trace of Arma and reïnstalling did the trick. Thanks Boneboys & Fet.

I'm having the same problem. I can't see any servers with six launcer, six updater, DayZ Commander, worroms(sp?) launcher. Even when I try to launch the games(with or without mods) I can't even browse multiplayer servers, every thing is always blank. The only time I see anything is for a split second when six launcher loads up, it'll show the list of servers, then they dissapear and I can't select them, all my stuff is up to date, I'm starting to get pissed, taken me more than a day and still can't play this game >_<. I might end up just getting a refund because I only got arma II for dayz
