Addon Builder error after Windows 10 re-install

Hi everybody, I get an error after I had to reinstall Windows 10 yesterday.
Need to update my mod but get this problem.

I checked that all the files have the right configuration, all DayZ Tools open fine, but Addon Builder doesn't want to anymore.
Troubleshooted so far: Verify files of DayZ Tools and DayZ, triple checked the options in Addon Builder (there was a path mismatch - after fixing same issue)
Searched the interwebs, no help.

Binarizing texture headers...
Done.

Packing "G:\temp\custom_billboards"...
Done.

Signing PBO using "G:\temp\custom_billboards.pbo"
Done.
Process ended with non-zero code. Exit code: 1

Noticed now, when I don't sign the output, it works

 

Via DSUtils I get this Error Message
 

Failed to sign 1 file
Error description: 8009000b: Key not valid for use in specified state.

You loosen your key files.

You required to have 3 files for key:

1. File.bikey

2. File.biprivatekey

3. Key.txt

Bikey you copied to your addon folder for release, biprivatekey - is only yours and .txt is file with MD5 checksum for validation of correct information about the keys.

 

But what do i can say for sure:

a. It's irrelevant what's name of PC do you using. (I have all 3 files on same PC but at the same time i had several times reinstalled Win10 on different HDDs and transfered key from old one PC to new one and still has no problems).

b. It's irrelevant Windows PC's name. (My current one is different then my old one and still has no problems with singing).

 

If you had no all yours 3 files with key information - you may recreate your keys coz old one is useless also you need to update your addons coz new key will conflict with old one and noone will able to connect.
