Controller Keys not possible to change

Hi guys , i would like to change my Controller Keys into my own , but thats not possible ( the special keys for the car in 1.18 ) , i can´t change the preset key bindings ; can you help me ? ( in 1.17 it was possible )

You can change settings directly in C:\Users\UserName\Documents\DayZ\UserName.dayz_preset_User.xml
