I would not recruit people under the age of 25 into the administration, because as a rule, at a younger age, people usually have a mess in their heads. I am from 1966 (56 years now) and I assure you that a good majority of "presumed adults" are just that "aged children/adolescents" but never "grown up"... if by "growth" we also mean a personal psychology evolution from "commands emotionality and egocentrism" (like children/adolescents) to "I keep emotionality/egocentrism under control with rationality and civilization". I have known many of the former, especially among server administrators (NOT only in DayZ, eh...) that it is the place where they can most "vent" their instincts and "egocentric" impulses, of the latter very few... at any age! Parazight 1599 Posted July 7, 2022 (edited) There's no context here. People under the age of 18 typically have no management skills at all. Forget about dealing with other people. Most teenagers can barely organize their own underwear drawer. More importantly, server rental companies are not going to deal with minors.
