Official servers for south america (ps, xbox)

Hello.
nitrate services are already available in south america (são paulo), so why don't we have official servers for console yet? Brazil has a big dayz community, please add official 1pp and 3p servers, at least one livonia for south america(consoles)

 We don't have Livonia for PC either in south america, almost felt like i've got scammed for buying a DLC that has no available server for my region.
