Setup dlcs and mods and join error

Hi

After not playing for quite a while, a new mod was added to the community server I play on. However as I try to join I get the above error and I have no idea how to solve since now the game doesn't open the launcher before starting. Edit, I managed to get one mod working, but now it's asking for another. 

It's working now, seems like reloading the mods for the 3rd time worked.

It's working on my account, but when I try to log onto my friends account it's again telling me that the mod files are missing, I checked the folder where to mod files are and they are there, I'm also subscribed to the workshop mod on both accounts.
