Battle Eye Disconnects all players from my server

Hi
Can anyone help me solve this issue I'm having on my Server.
Battle eye disconnects all players at once. it used to happen every now and then, But now its happening more frequently, sometimes 5 times within an hour.
Can anyone point me in the right direction in solving this as its becoming very frustrating for players as well as Server owners.
There is no drop in connection so that's not the cause.
Any help will be much appreciated.
