Any idea why the grass and trees seem to go lighter or darker when i move my mouse to look about and move? Dont know how to upload a video to show whats happening, any help would be much appreciated

Yeah this harsh contrast change when raising reticule above horizon is awful. It increases eye strain and can bring on headaches. It used to be accompanied with a loss of shadows and water texture but it now seems to be happening on its own permanently.

See above. There is this no shadows/harsh contrast/loss of water textures bug that happens after a server restart (on console at least)... now the harsh contrast seems to happen while keeping the shadows and water textures... nothing to do with TV in my case as same tv is used whether the bug is occurring or not.

Yup i messed about with tv settings and it was the sharpness, i put it to 0 and its sorted. Beans for you my good sir.

The same thing happens to me, but exclusively with the blood splatters in buildings
