Same community servers between PS4 and ps5?

I was wondering if the PS4 and ps5 can connect to the same community servers?

 

If not is it possible to run the PS4 version on my ps5? I have the original PS4 disk

I could be wrong here, so hopefully somebody else can verify, but I don't think there is a different version for old gen and new gen, so it should work. Not sure about the servers, but I think both platforms use the same servers.
