Vicinity UI QoL Improvements

Currently cooking in base and the vicinity is driving me crazy (lots of containers about), so here are a few things I think would be great improvements.

 

Separate base structures from containers by adding tabs for each in vicinity, ground items can still be seen but a ground only tab could also be added.  Tabs are fixed at top when scrolling.

Players closing containers in vicinity should not interfere with another player looking at the containers (unless physically closing a container like a barrel).

A fixed collapse/expand all button that stays at the top when scrolling.  Also have this actually stick to how you set it, I notice containers are showing again when I move around when alone.
