Everyone on server gets kicked (error code 0x00040004)

Since the 1.14 update a few days ago, every time someone connects to my server (32 slot on xbox) they get kicked within 30 seconds (error code 0x00040004). I have received multiple messages from different players. I haven't touched anything on the server in over a week. I tried a manual restart a few times but that has not solved anything.
I tried to connect again shortly after getting kicked and received a different error message that server is unreachable (0x00010001)
I have contacted Nitrado, had their Support look into issue. Had the server moved to another machine in their facility but still did not fix. Nitrado Support escalated ticket to higher department, below was their Response after 2 days:
Thank you for your patience. Our specialists have investigated the matter and found that the error you mentioned was most probably caused by the game developing issue. Kindly try contacting the developers support: [1]https://support.bohemia.net/
Cant find how to lodge a support ticket with Bohemia Interactive, as I need this looked into. If any Admin/Moderators can forward on my issue it would be greatly appreciated.
