Global Ban/ Server

So I bought a PC and logged into Dayz, I was banned Globally. I’m a server owner with many players on the server. Am I able to play still if I turn Battle eye off on the server even though it’s a Global Ban? 
(No I don’t cheat nor would I, I bought this PC used)

Just asking a simple question, if I turn battle eye off on the server that I own, can it be used on an account with a Global Ban?
