problem with the bears and wolves respawn time

Hello. I have a problem with the bears and wolves respawn time. I have changed all vanilla spawn points of the bears and wolves to costum points and edited tie Event.xml .. And if I now kill bears, dismantle them and wrap the furs and meat, they will spawn again within a maximum of 2-3 minutes. Sometimes after an even shorter time. Can you please help me solve this problem? Thanks Basti

I am following this post....as I am also curious about the animal configs and settings.
