The exact same items cannot be combined as one.

I am playing on Xbox series x, I found the exact same items cannot be combined as one.

For example there are 2 blocks of items in my bag, the first is  9mm ammo (quantity:3 ), another is  9mm ammo (quantity: 5 ).

I drag one to another with "A" button, but nothing happened. Am I doing this wrong? Or that is a bug?

Double check that they are the same type of ammo, ie armour piercing, tracer round, etc.

Hello Marrrk36,

You have to combine stackable items a different way. In your case, put the 3 pieces of 9mm ammo in your hands, search the 5 pieces of 9mm ammo in your bag, and press 'B'. This way, "B Combine" should appear in the lower right corner on the screen.
