Inventory lag spike

Hi! My problem is, i have lag spikes after i closing my inventory in dayz, when i opening it i dont have. I dont have a bad pc, im playing on high graphics, i reinstalled the game 2x, the problem not solved. The game runs normally, dont have lags. I have the newest game driver.

But i want to find a solution to my problem, any tips? has anyone experienced this before?

hey, is this still on?
I have the same issues and i really need help.. cant play the game bc its to annoying. 🙁

Pc specs:
GPU - 3070ti
CPU - Ryzen 5 3600
2x8gb
1TB Nvme ssd (Steam and DayZ installed)

I also get this and i have a good pc. I play on Ultra settings and i never dip under 60 fps unless i open/close my inv it freezes for 1-10 seconds sometimes.

Edit: I also get one milisecond to one second freezes when killing zombies or players. So does Wobo lol.

This is a stab in the dark, but is your Steam on a different drive from where the games are installed by chance (and one is on an SSD while the other is not)?

No its on the same SSD for me and i get the freeze

I found out that if i quit the G-Sync mode (between 90-144Hz) i get the spikes.

So i tested some things like cap the FPS ingame via Nvidia control Panel, activated V-Sync (just a test), reduced the grafic settings and nothing worked..
It doesnt matter how high my FPS are (AVG on 200+) but the spike drops it out of the G-Sync mode.

Some Ideas guys?

edit: *obviously i tested deactivating Gsync mode = no change
