gimmeurlard 21 Posted May 15, 2021 You can't properly block windows in buildings, cant build where's like a 1 degree gradient, can't build where's furniture around, can't build where's other fences in front or in the back. It's really annoying to build a base. It's more of a pain in the a** than having fun if you have to build like 5 zig-zag fences instead of 1 because there's a rock on the ground eg Something like a build anywhere mod should be part of the vanilla game imo. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
wildzero 37 Posted May 15, 2021 i know, i know, the discussion for or against community servers has already been held a thousand times. but just because of cheaters i only play on community servers which then also use the build anywhere mod. playing on official servers is a waste of time. a little self-promotion: i currently play on dayzcore. one of the servers that really deserves the title "hardcore". so if you're really looking for a challenge, this is the place to be. Private Evans 1303 Posted May 15, 2021 One thing that has been suggested back in the day was to use pre established places for larger bases, to make sure they work and look good and immersive being also more realistic and believable. In combination with barricading at least for a couple of buildings that would have been the better solution....but as with so many other things they give a fuck ......
